VLCI has been a spearhead for HLD in the industry since 2011, taking lessons and models from Academia and deploying them in the market. We offer ingredient HLD characterizations, training sessions, applied formulation support and HTE for sample preparation and testing.
Oils and surfactants are characterized via emulsification scans with known ingredients and evaluated according to their Winsor type (W/O, O/W, microemulsion). The phase change is defined as HLD = 0 (Microemulsion), which allows to determine the HLD characteristic parameters of each ingredient.
The HLD equation can then be used to model the SOW system and predict the properties of any emulsion.

Very. We offer two ways of using the service:
Keep all data in your local storage, load and export the results each session, share ingredients, datasets and recipes using your own means.
Use our cloud (AWS based) service to store recipes and ingredients, set individual sharing privileges to each file/dataset inside your team. All communication and files are encrypted with AES-256 or similar.
PrediApps does NOT collect any user data beyond the voluntary voting and feedback system.
PredictID is updated once a month with the results of VLCI’s parameter determinations. The rate of growth depends on our commercial work and collaborations with suppliers, but the rate has been ever increasing since launch. Externally sourced datasets are verified and added as soon as they are available.
